The project began as a standalone logo experiment, developed alongside an early iii collection of graphics inspired by basketball.

The New York Knicks logo provided a recognizable starting point. Its distinctive lettering, basketball imagery, and orange-and-blue palette offered a familiar structure for introducing a new graphic treatment.

Created in Adobe Illustrator, the graphic also appeared on iiinfluenced trucker hats, extending the standalone experiment into a wearable product.
